Who controls your information
Tripartite Ltd is the controller of the personal information collected through the Bellamy waitlist. Contact us at privacy@tripartite.co.uk.
What we collect and why
We collect your email address, the time you joined, and the version of the notice and consent wording you accepted. We use it only to manage the Bellamy waitlist and send launch or early-access updates. Our lawful basis is your consent.
We do not use advertising or analytics trackers. Our hosting provider may keep limited technical security logs, such as IP address and browser information, for a short period.
Storage and sharing
Google Cloud and Firebase process the information on our behalf. Waitlist records are stored in Google Cloud’s London region and are not made publicly accessible. We do not sell or share the list for another organisation’s marketing.
How long we keep it
We plan to delete waitlist entries within 90 days after Bellamy launches unless you separately choose to hear from us afterward. If launch plans change, we will review the list at least annually and delete information we no longer need.
Your choices and rights
You can withdraw your consent or ask to access, correct, or delete your information at any time by emailing privacy@tripartite.co.uk. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful processing.
